CORE RESPONSIBILITIES •Produce high-quality visual designs for marketing collaterals including digital and print for external and internal audiences •Assist sales professionals in the design of client deliverable materials such as PowerPoint or keynote presentations •Create new graphics and/or layout to improve current templates for capabilities packages, proposals, newsletters, photo books, posters, cards etc. •Create exemplary, intuitive, useful visual design solutions inclusive of interactive mock-ups and prototypes for projects and products •Design and maintain corporate marketing collateral including brochures, folders, sell sheets, resumes, flyers, posters, info graphics, photography, banners, etc. •Design corporate apparel and promotional items QUALIFICATIONS • BA/BS degree in Design (e.g. interactive, graphic, visual communications, advertising) or a related field or equivalent practical experience. •Good command of English (both spoken and written) •Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as PowerPoint •Minimum one year of applicable work experience •Experience with analog printed and processes and latest web design trends and techniques •Experience with UX design, html and CSS is preferred 主要职责： •为公司对外宣传和内部员工设计高质量的市场宣传材料 •协助销售专员设计可交付给客户的材料，例如PowerPoint和Keynote展示 •设计新的图表或改进现有模板，包括包装、方案、新闻通讯、相册、海报、卡片等 •提供直观、有用的视觉图案设计方案，包括项目和产品的交互式模型 •设计并维护公司的宣传材料，包括宣传手册、文件夹、卖单、简历、传单、海报、信息图形、摄影作品、横幅等 •设计公司文化衫和宣传产品 个人要求： •设计方向本科学历（例如交互、图案、视觉设计，广告）或者相关领域学历或者相关实践经验 •英语听说与写作水平良好 •熟练使用Adobe设计软件系列（Photoshop,Illustrator, InDesign）和PowerPoint •至少一年相关领域工作经验 •有UX design, html 和CSS使用经验者优先 PS：公司是一家德企，有30%外国同事，国际化的办公环境。 地点：国贸附近 有意者请将中英文简历发至tracy.li@crm-factory.com.cn |
