业务集团：GE照明 工作地点：上海 招聘人数：1 工作年限：0-5年 学历：本科及以上 职位职能: 数字化市场专员 职位描述: This is a contractor role. The final candidate will sign the labor contract with a third party. The Marcomm Specialist——Digital Marketing has responsibility for the GE Lighting Asia online marketing activities and implementation of global online roadmaps and assists local teams with activation of their online campaigns. Responsibilities: 1.Digital Marketing •Deliver an excellent end-user experience by improving the quality level of the local integrated online presence such as website, app, e-cat. •Interpret and analyze critical online KPIs and take action in order to meet country targets for performance improvement. Gather data to create digital marketing ROI reports for upper management. •Support role of SEO/SEM for GE Lighting Asia. •Be proactive to collaborate with global team, e.g. join regular global meeting. 2.Marcomm activities support from digital side •Plan and execute online promotional activities for traffic generation and lead generation. •Connect globally driven online marketing initiatives with local activities and market preferences. 3.Brand Management •Manage visual identity of GE brand across China and Asia digital tools. Profile: • BS/BE/BA or above degree required. • Be good at Photoshop, Adobe series software and video editing software is plus. • Experience in a web marketing environment and knowledge of digital marketing and future developments. • Proficient with content management systems, web analytics, search and experienced in developing, implementing and executing online marcomm, sales, and support campaigns. • Understanding of internet technological capabilities and digital marketing, including best practices and publishing technologies. • Effective in communicating and able to get ideas across to all levels in a matrix-organization, including internal and external stakeholders. • Strong oral and written in both English and Mandarin. • Young people who just graduated from university is under consideration. 感兴趣的同学烦请速将简历投至Sunny.Sun2@ge.com。 加入GE，和GE一起想到做到！ |
