Assist HR Ops team in facilitating new employee Day 1 training session, Legal document signing, etc; 2. Assisting to organize employee P-files, including scan, maintain, check, deliver files and etc. Follow up pending issues; 3. Other temporary tasks. Qualification: 1. Bachelor Degrees and above; 2. Interesting and have a base understanding in HR Functional work; 3. Strong communication in both English and Chinese; Detail oriented, pressure responsive and team working. Period: 4~5 days/week, 6 months and above.
