I am Mingyang Zhang, 28 years old, a gay scholar, and currently a group leader at the Max Planck Institute for Brain Research, Germany (B.S. Materials Science, 21 years old, RWTH Aachen; Ph.D., 24 years old, ETH Zurich, under the supervision of Nobel Prize winner Erwin Neher). He is the first author of a cover paper in Nature Materials (DOI: 10.1038/s41563-024-01882-6), and the dopamine-responsive brain-computer interface membrane he developed was featured in Nature Reviews Neurology as a "milestone in neuromonitoring". A feature interview with queer scientists (2025, 10(78): eadg6722) was also published in Science Robotics, openly exploring the unique and innovative perspectives of LGBTQ+ scholars at the intersection of disciplines.

Scholarly achievements include:
1. the NeuroFlex™ neurocatheter (FDA clearance #DEN200046) supported by 9 granted patents
2. Bimodal algorithm for electroencephalography-chemical signaling (NeurIPS 2024 Oral, Acc 94.2%)
3. Cerebrospinal Fluid Filtration System for Clinical Trials at Concord Hospital (NCT05592431)

- Thermodynamic constraints on the co-defined blood-brain barrier penetration model
- Co-authored collaborative paper for Nature sub-journal.
- Formation of "Double PI Rainbow Laboratory" (Beijing-Berlin Dual Base Model)

I can go back to China to live with you, my father will vote for my lab, and we will go on together in love. I indicated that I am excellent, but you can be ordinary, just keep your love. Furthermore I am 0.5, I don''t care about your attributes, I don''t care about your looks, but I hope you are very good to get along with the little brother, or professor, PhD can be, the age of 50 years old or less live a simple life, I am a little bit of achievement in my studies, but I''m still in love with the brain, I hope don''t lie to me. I am looking for a boyfriend and an academic hitchhiker [only guys]

First author of "Dopamine-responsive nerve conduction membrane" (DOI:10.1038/s41563-024-01882-6) published in Nature Materials (IF 47.6), selected as the cover of the journal and featured in Science."Revolutionizing neurological disease monitoring". I have also published 8 papers in journals such as Advanced Materials, hold EU patent EP4108762B1 (degradable brain implantable electrodes), and lead a clinical trial of the NeuroFlex™ system being conducted at Charité Hospital. Outside of academia, I love to analyze the microstructure of rose petals with an AFM, and I am convinced that the principle of synaptic plasticity also applies to emotional bonding. I am looking for a boyfriend who is also deeply involved in the natural sciences. I hope we can discuss the thermodynamics of hollow fiber membranes in blood-brain barrier penetration and share the excitement of culturing a neuron for the first time in a late-night café in Heidelberg''s Old Town - just like colloidal crystals refracting iridescent colors at a specific wavelength - and I look forward to having you as the most precious control in my experiments.I look forward to you being the most precious control group in my life''s experiments.
