岗位职责
Role:
- Assist Quaker dairy marketing team on general administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Preform simple e-commerce consumer data collection, consolidation, analysis;
- Assist Quaker MKT team both insight and brand team to prepare some paper work, like format adjustment, translation and other requirements, ensure contents accuracy and consistency;
- Assist Quaker MKT team to sign project contract;
- Support Quaker MKT team to follow payment process, check invoices, obtain approvals and prepare requests for payment;
- Assist in simple functional process tasks;
- Other ad-hoc assignments.
岗位要求
- Literacy in both spoken & written Chinese is a must;
- Good English skills;
- Bachelor’s degree (Third or Fourth Year student) or Master Degree is preferred. Senior of recognizable university;
- Good Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills;
- Good communication skills;
- Detail-oriented and quick learner;
- Can afford at least 4 working days per week and 6 month for internship.
